We don’t offer a trial, but you can start with a weekly package with general lessons, and we also provide a free consultation.

However, for specialised lessons, we highly recommend scheduling a consultation to better tailor your learning experience.
How long do consultations take?

For hybrid lessons, they take 20 to 30 minutes, and the same goes for specialised lessons. During the consultation, we assess your needs, show you how to use our interactive software, and explain what to expect from our programs.
What happens during a consultation?
During the consultation, we’ll discuss your English learning goals, demonstrate how our interactive software works, and explain our approach to language learning. We’ll also cover what makes our school unique—our focus on building confidence, providing personalised feedback, and helping you achieve fluency and comprehension at a native level.
What happens if I miss my consultation?
If you miss your consultation, you can request to reschedule it. However, please note that we allow only one consultation per user, IP address, and email address. Attend your scheduled consultation to get the most out of your learning experience.
What is the difference between a teacher and a language coach?
A teacher is responsible for delivering lessons and interacting directly with the student during class sessions. They guide your learning in real-time, helping you with speaking, listening, reading, and writing. A language coach, on the other hand, provides regular feedback on your progress without direct, in-class interaction. The coach reviews your work and offers detailed, objective feedback electronically—either through written correspondence or voice notes. While most students prefer written feedback, we offer the option of audible feedback as well. If you require a one-on-one session with your coach, this can be arranged at an additional cost. The separation between teacher and coach ensures fair, unbiased support tailored to your progress.
Are the teachers and coaches qualified?
Yes, all our teachers are certified English teachers, not just TEFL-certified. They hold degrees and have experience teaching English at university and school levels. Our TEFL-certified teachers and coaches have at least 5 to 10 years of teaching experience, ensuring high-quality instruction for every student.
